Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous for her morbid appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. After earning some recognition on the forums that are part of Channel Awesome (under her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) She began to review in late 2009. She continued to be a participant on the website from January until the beginning of 2015 in which the channel Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on her channel. Both focus on the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones has had her as a guest on several episodes of his show Midnight Screenings. She reviews awful films for kids or RiffTrax shows, as well occasional adult humor (including Baywatch (2017)). In late 2009 she began reviewing films, which gained her acclaim on the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the group of film critics. She has appeared on countless Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She has appeared in numerous episodes of Nostalgia Critic and was a past member of Channel Awesome's family along with Doug Walker.
