Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. Most people know me via my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - highs, lows, and everything inbetween. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story for you were it not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I aimed to make them proud and was a shrewd entrepreneur for achievement. Within my head, I had a plan for life. Attend college, and get a degree. Be married. Buy a house. Create children. That was my ideal of what success would look like. But life had other ideas. When I was in 2013, I started dreading going to my corporate job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was destined for something more. The year 2013 was when I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also liked getting out and about to aid other people. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I discovered personal training. In 2014, I launched my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Very few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. In order to be an innovator in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their goals. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their goals and achieve whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She fought a long and arduous fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven and with me in my mind and my heart all the time. Life really does have a way with giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at this moment. My loss has impacted my life in a variety of ways. I believe my death provided me with the chance to start an entirely new chapter. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also for me to have my second chance to live the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only moment that I feel as if I'm living my life. When I share my experience, I hope that my thoughts will resonate with those of yours. It is my wish that my words will help you realize that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. I hope that you live life to its best and have no regrets about your final days. The death of a person is the only certainty in the world.
